Welcome to Crux of Life.
I started this blog in 2009 as a small space to write down thoughts, observations, memories, and reflections from everyday life. Over the years, it slowly became a place where I explored books, relationships, traditions, work life, spirituality, human emotions, and the quiet lessons hidden in ordinary moments.
Professionally, I work in the IT industry, primarily in Service Delivery and enterprise operations. My work involves leadership collaboration, delivery management, process transformation, and building sustainable ways of working. Alongside work, I also enjoy interacting with students through guest lectures and mentoring sessions for fresh graduates.
But beyond work, reading and writing have always been an important part of who I am.
I enjoy reflecting on life through stories, literature, conversations, traditions, and sometimes even simple things like a tree, a ritual, or an old memory. Many of the thoughts shared here come from those quiet moments of observation.
This blog is not about having answers.
It is simply a space to pause, reflect, and understand life a little better.
Thank you for stopping by and reading along.
